BWRT Level Two
BWRT® Level 2 is the advanced, deep-transformational stage of BrainWorking Recursive Therapy® — designed for clients who want more than symptom relief. This level works at the core of identity, emotional patterns, self-worth, and the deeper “scripts” that shape how you show up in the world. If you’ve ever felt stuck in repeating behaviours, self-sabotage, relationship patterns, confidence blocks, or long-standing emotional pain, Level 2 is where profound change begins.
Unlike Level 1, which focuses on fast relief from anxiety, trauma, fears, and automatic reactions, Level 2 goes deeper into who you are — helping you rewrite outdated internal narratives and create a stronger, calmer, more aligned version of yourself. Many clients describe it as “finally becoming the person I knew I could be,” or “feeling like something unlocked inside me.”
Sessions take place online via Zoom or face-to-face in Guildford, Surrey, depending on your preference. The experience itself feels calm, structured, supportive, and deeply empowering. You stay fully conscious and in control the entire time, with no need to revisit painful events in detail. Instead, we work with the unconscious material that’s driving the issue — gently shifting it so your brain responds in a healthier, more confident way.
Across the programme, we’ll explore core identity layers, limiting beliefs, emotional signatures, past patterns, and the parts of you that hold old pain or confusion. Using advanced BWRT protocols, we replace those outdated patterns with solid, grounded, future-focused emotional responses. The result? A clearer sense of self, stronger boundaries, healthier relationships, improved confidence, and a deep inner stability that filters into every area of your life.
If you’re ready for emotional freedom, personal growth, and a powerful upgrade to how you think, feel, and respond, BWRT Level 2 offers a life-changing next step.
You Don’t Have to Stay Where You Are.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, OCD, emotional triggers, or long-standing identity-level issues, there is a structured way forward — and you don’t have to work it out alone.
