Brain Working Recursive Therapy Level Three Psychophysiology

Do you have questions?

1. What exactly is BWRT Level 3, and how does it differ from Levels 1 and 2?

A: BWRT® Level Three is a highly advanced training in psychobiology. While Levels 1 and 2 focus predominantly on psychological processes, Level 3 focuses on understanding the physical links between thoughts, ideas, and the organs of the physical body at a deeper level. This level is primarily designed for working with serious or chronic physical conditions and complex physiological situations

2. What types of physical conditions can BWRT Level 3 address?

A: BWRT Level 3 provides a solid basis for working effectively with a wide scope of physical situations. These conditions include, but are not limited to:

Autoimmune illnesses (such as Type II Diabetes, Pernicious Anaemia, and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis).

Endocrine system disorders (such as Hypo/hyperthyroidism, Adrenal Fatigue, Cushing’s Syndrome, and Cholesterol problems).

Cardiovascular issues (such as Hypertension, Vasovagal Syncope, Bradycardia, and Tachycardia).

Digestive and bowel illnesses.

• Physiological situations like sporting performance enhancement or hand/eye coordination

3. Will BWRT Level 3 interfere with my existing conventional medical treatment?

A: No, absolutely not. BWRT Level 3 therapy is designed to work with and not instead of the conventional medical world. It is imperative that you always continue with your conventional medical consultations. Therapists do not work with any serious condition without the knowledge of the relevant medical personnel with whom you have consulted.

4. What is the goal of BWRT Level 3 therapy for chronic or serious physical issues?

A: The aim is not to seek a ‘cure,’ but rather to trigger the body into doing as much repair as is physically possible, while simultaneously seeking to create an improved sense of wellbeing. The effectiveness depends on many factors. Outcomes can range from simply helping you to be more comfortable for your remaining days, all the way up to total remission of a condition previously considered ‘incurable’.

5. How does the therapist use my brain to influence my body’s physical processes?

A: The therapy utilises the concept of psychobiology—physical change brought about by the action of thought and focus upon the physical body. We use the physical brain to manipulate the processes of the physical body. This involves training you to generate an “Intensity of Intent”, which directs energy and vitality along neural communication routes (nerve fibres) to the specific organs or body parts we are working with (such as the Vagus Nerve connecting to the pancreas or heart)

6. What anatomical systems are involved in BWRT Level 3?

A: BWRT Level 3 focuses on key interconnected body systems to achieve change. This includes the Central Nervous System (the brain and spinal cord), the Autonomic Nervous System, the Peripheral Nervous System, the Lymphatic System (important for transporting infection-fighting cells), and the Endocrine System (which manages hormones). Much of the therapeutic focus often involves the Vagus Nerve (Cranial Nerve 10), which spreads branches to most organs in the body.

7. What is the client's role in Level 3 therapy, especially concerning serious illness?

A: Your role is crucial. Success requires your wholehearted acceptance of doing your part of the work. This includes extensive interactive educational work where you must understand and be able to locate the specific organ(s) or systems being addressed. You may be asked to draw the body parts and understand how they should be working. You will also be given a home assignment to practice daily, which keeps the newly established neural pathways fully active and functional

8. Why is the preparation phase so in-depth for Level 3 work?
A: BWRT Level 3 is not suitable for transient, minor illnesses because the preparation time is significant. This thorough preparation is essential for working with serious or chronic issues. The early parts of the brain (the reptilian and paleomammalian complexes) may have acquired patterns where the illness is perceived as part of survival. The initial sessions—including comprehensive questionnaires and Level 1/2 techniques—are required to resolve existing negative values, beliefs, and patterns associated with the illness before the main therapeutic protocol can be implemented to create the necessary Intensity of Intent.

Phase 1 Case Study

I am currently seeking one or two dedicated individuals to work with as case studies at a reduced rate for BWRT® Level 3 therapy. This opportunity is part of my ongoing commitment to practice and refine my expertise in this highly advanced psychobiological approach, as practitioners need to become “confidently familiar” with their abilities to make changes to body systems.

BWRT® Level 3 is designed to address serious, chronic, and even catastrophic physiological conditions. It is a “highly advanced course in psychobiology” that focuses on the “physical links between thoughts, ideas, and the organs of the physical body”. The aim is to use the “physical brain to manipulate the processes of the physical body”, ultimately encouraging the body to “trigger as much repair as is physically possible” and foster an “improved sense of well-being”

The types of serious issues that BWRT® Level 3 is intended to help with include, but are not limited to:

  • Adrenal Fatigue (adrenal insufficiency) and Cushing’s Syndrome (high cortisol).
  • Autoimmune illnesses, such as Diabetes II, Pernicious Anaemia, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, some allergies, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease, and ulcerative colitis.
  • Cholesterol problems, hypertension, Bradycardia (slow heart rate), Tachycardia (fast heart rate), and Circulatory problems.
  • Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME),
  • Digestive and Bowel illnesses.
  • Hypo/hyperthyroidism.
  • Vasovagal Syncope (stress/anxiety induced fainting).
  • Fibromyalgia Syndrome (FMS), and Post Viral Syndrome (PVS).
  • Physiological situations where no specific organ is involved, such as sports performance enhancement or hand/eye coordination.
  • Underactive immune system.
