Across a structured 4-week programme, we’ll identify the root reaction, use the BWRT® protocol to stop the old pattern in its tracks, and create a new, healthier, calmer response in its place. By the end of the programme, you’ll have more emotional freedom, more stability, and greater confidence in your ability to handle life’s challenges without being hijacked by automatic reactions.

Sessions take place either online via Zoom or face-to-face in Guildford, Surrey, and the experience is surprisingly calm and comfortable. You’ll stay fully alert, fully in control, and you won’t be asked to relive distressing experiences. Most clients describe the session as “light,” “focused,” “relieving,” or “like something finally clicked into place.” And because BWRT® works with the brain’s natural speed, shifts can happen quickly — sometimes even during the session itself.
